The Adcieo IT Jump Start program is designed for nonprofit organizations with immediate staffing or technology issues.  The goal of the Jump Start program is to ensure the continuity and security of your business.  This package includes the following services:

Information Technology Tune Up

The Adcieo IT Tune Up program is designed for nonprofit organizations with a stabilized infrastructure, but looking for a longer term technology plan and roadmap to achieve this plan.  The goal of the Tune Up program is to ensure ongoing support and to define the longer term Information Technology moves that will help your organization succeed. This package includes the following services:

·         Provide a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis of your current environment – this will be accomplished through the integration of a series of f discovery sessions with your business units and understanding of your current system capabilities

·         Define changes to your current infrastructure that should be made in order to achieve your business goals.

·         Develop a technology roadmap for your organization that will support your goals

·         Develop a budget to support the technology roadmap

·         Serve as your organizations project management supporting new initiates and change management

·         Develop and support a help desk infrastructure that will meet the needs and goals of your organization

Information Technology High Performance       

The Adcieo IT High Performance program is designed for nonprofit organizations that have a stable environment and an idea of their future requirements and are ready to move into new technologies.  The High Performance program is for organizations ready to exploit their current technologies, or add additional technologies to support staff and constituents.  Organizations utilizing Adcieo’s High Performance package are:
