Dennis Chyba - President and Founder

Dennis is the founder of Adcieo and key creative driver of the inner workings. Described as a great leader, he tends to shy away from the spotlight. It is his passion for nonprofit organizations and the ability to push the envelope of expectations that have helped him craft a company that is progressive in thinking and ability. "I am passionate about what I do because I can see it making a difference."

Dennis knew from an early age that he wanted to make a difference. His mother could tell you as a child he rallied kids in his neighborhood to form clubs. From day one Dennis has been interested in bringing people and resources together, continuing this practice in and outside of the office.

It is common practice in the Adcieo office to find solutions. Whether these are things done before or after something built from the ground up, Dennis pushes his team to new heights each day in an effort to build the best results.

Debbie Rhode - Consulting Services

Debbie loves to work with nonprofit organizations where she can continue to be challenged to grow professionally. Because nonprofits are typically grounded by many hard working individuals who believe in the work they do for their communities, Debbie is honored anytime a client engages her expertise to help them improve their processes, strengthening relationships, expanding upon their success.

When Debbie is not working she enjoys gardening in her 1-acre yard, playing with her four-legged friends, Abby and Roxie, and being with her growing family, now with 6 grandchildren. She is active in her church as a teacher and music director.

Ann K. Murray - Development and Fundraising

It is my personal myopic view that when it comes to the survival of charitable organizations – all roads lead to fundraising! Financial success is essential to establishing and expanding vital programs and services, which need to be funded and sustained.

In my 25 plus years of development and fundraising experience, I never cease to be amazed and delighted by what can be accomplished when volunteers and staff team up to establish and meet fundraising goals whether they be modest or lofty. Few nonprofits have enough staff resources to address the responsibilities associated with a fully integrated and highly productive financial development function. In addition, the world of philanthropy is now both high-tech and high-touch.

In addition to addressing the vast array of technology needs and opportunities, Adcieo can also step in to assist with the organization’s development and fundraising needs. Assistance can range from total project management to working in tandem with staff and volunteers to jump-start or go high performance with raising friends and funding.

Adam Mittadam - Graphic Design

As Adcieo’s lead graphic designer, Adam tends to enjoy the too often overlooked parts of life. A park located near the office brings inspiration as sunlight dances across the aged brick of the old Broom Factory. Adcieo is a dog friendly environment, something Adam makes full use of. The French Bulldogs have become a part of the staff, and great companions for trips to the park. Adam lives by a simple rule, “each day brings a new adventure”. He applies this to clients and strives to help them break the mold on every project to produce truly outstanding results.

Adam grew up in San Diego, California; a place full of artists and inspiration alongside a diverse and colorful community of people. The strange and unusual bring a smile to Adam’s face, one of his most memorable moments being a pot-bellied pig on a walk with his owner.

Currently Adam is furthering his education in visual communication and graphic design. He dabbles in drawing in an effort to expand his artistic vision and branch out to new mediums that encourage growth.

Brian Winters - Social Media and Writing

As Adcieo’s Social Media Expert and Copy Editor, Brian finds the challenge of combining emerging social media platforms and technologies into an organizations marketing strategy exhilarating. He enjoys not only finding a strategy that meets the client’s needs, but puts forward the effort to make sure that every campaign is unique to the organization being served. “Social media changes every day. I think it’s important to help organizations be enough ahead of the curve that they know what they should be doing, and can better define where they want their marketing campaigns to go.”

Brian lives in Brooklyn, New York in a neighborhood that is transforming every day. Artists of all types thrive in the area, Brian finding inspiration as he pens his fourth novel. A writer of fiction in his free time, the last five years have seen the release of three novels and a popular New York blog. “The challenge of finding a niche for my personal writing style wasn’t much of a challenge when I came to Adcieo. One thing that’s exciting about Adcieo, we’re all encouraged to explore our talents and find a way to uniquely utilize them.”

 Dave Hughes - Application Development

Building applications, designing system solutions and customizing websites are all part of Dave’s typical day. Heading up the Adcieo development team, Dave meets and surpasses the needs of clients and in-house staff. Brainstorming sessions in the office bring about a pool of ideas that Dave turns into a reality. ”It has to work,” is a common theme within Adcieo and stems right from the developer’s mouth.

Dave has settled in Baltimore, coming to Adcieo from Pennsylvania. The Chesapeake Bay can be seen from the office windows, providing Dave a familiar and relaxing home setting. In the summer months he can be spotted enjoying lunch near the water, though he prefers dry land where internet connections and phone signals are at their best.

Every client presents a unique set of challenges that must be met. Dave is never afraid to tackle a project head on and work to create the best end result possible. It is this dedication that makes him such an important part of the Adcieo team.
